- 2009 – LEED® Gold Commercial Interiors awarded by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) for Lerner’s Corporate Headquarters, located within 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard.
- 2009 – The Metro Washington Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) 2009 ‘Excellence in Construction’ Award awarded by (ABC) for Lerner’s Corporate Headquarters, located within 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard.
- 2009 – 2009 Best Green Building of the Year awarded by the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) for 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard.
- 2009 – 2009 Peerless Rockville Preservation Award awarded by the City of Rockville, Maryland for 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard.
- 2009 – Honor Award for Design Excellence awarded by the Fairfax County 2009 Design Awards Program for 1800 Tysons Boulevard in The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II.
- 2009 – First LEED® Platinum Office Building (Core and Shell 2.0) in the State of Maryland announced by Peter Franchot, Comptroller of the State of Maryland for 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard. 2000 Tower Oaks is also eligible for Maryland Green Building Tax Credits as part of the certification.
- 2009 – First LEED® Multi-Tenant Platinum Certification awarded by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) on April 27, 2009 for 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard. It is the first such building to get the highest Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design designation in the Washington Metropolitan Area, according to the Washington Business Journal and USGBC.
- 2009 – First LEED® Platinum Office Building (Core and Shell 2.0) in the State of Maryland and is eligible for Maryland Green Building Tax Credits awarded by Peter Franchot, Comptroller of the State of Maryland for 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard.
- 2009 – First LEED® Multi-Tenant Gold Office Building in Washington D.C. (Core and Shell 2.0) awarded by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) to 20 M Street, SE.
