Lerner Announces Future Opening of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro at
Dulles Town Center
Dulles, Virginia, March 25 - Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, announced today that P.F. Chang’s China Bistro has signed a lease for a 7,400 square-foot restaurant at Dulles Town Center in Loudoun County, Virginia. The new 230 seat restaurant will offer interior and al fresco dining options. The restaurant will be located adjacent to Nordstrom and The Cheesecake Factory. An anticipated opening is scheduled for fall 2010. The Dulles Town Center location will mark the tenth greater Metropolitan D.C. / Baltimore area restaurant for P. F. Chang’s China Bistro. Dulles Town Center is a joint venture development by Lerner Enterprises and CIGNA.
