Washington Nationals Baseball Club

The Lerner family is the majority owner of the Major League Baseball's Washington Nationals. The team was acquired in 2006 from Major League Baseball. The team plays at Nationals Park, a new state-of-the-art stadium located in Washington's Capitol Riverfront District. The 41,222 seat venue features an innovative design of steel, glass and pre-cast concrete to create a facility that uniquely reflects the architecture of Washington, D.C.. The stadium offers panoramic views of the waterfront, Navy Yard, the surrounding city and landmarks such as the Capitol and the Washington Monument.

The Lerner family is a minority owner of Monumental Sports & Entertainment which owns and operates three professional sports teams: the NBA's Washington Wizards, NHL's Washington Capitals and WNBA's Washington Mystics. Monumental owns and operates Verizon Center, the premier sports and entertainment venue in Washington, D.C. and controls the local Ticketmaster franchise, Kettler Capitals Iceplex, the Capitals' state-of-the-art training facility in Arlington, Virginia, and George Mason University's Patriot Center, located in Fairfax, Virginia.

Hadley's Park is 4,000 square foot playground that revolves around a "Main Street, USA" theme. The park's playground is designed to provide accessibility to disabled children and their able-bodied friends and siblings. The site was made available as part of the 554-acre Dulles Town Center master planned community in Dulles, Virginia.

Opened in 2014, Lerner Town Square at Tysons II is a one-of-a-kind outdoor venue footsteps from the new Tysons Corner Metro Silver Line Station, providing the greater Tysons community with ongoing vibrant events such as the Great Tastes of Tysons, Tour de Tysons, Tysons Music Festival, Beer, Bourbon & BBQ, and the Tysons Fall Harvest, among others.
